We are seeking a full-time or part-time receptionist and administrative assistant. This role will be responsible for answering all company level communications (phone calls, email, walk-ins, etc.) and then distributing all incoming information to the team accordingly and in a timely manner. This role will also be responsible for supporting all day-to-day needs of the business and the team (i.e. filing, document creation, organization, mailing, office supply orders, billing, etc.).
